Studio

Our studio is located in the heart of Nottingham City Centre; just a few minutes walk from Parliament Street. With its large floor space, ambient lighting and Chakra feature wall, it is the perfect calm and relaxed environment for yoga, meditation, and sound baths.

We also use this studio space for workshops and gatherings, as it can easily hold 15 people seated or 25 standing. Benefit from overflow space into our Garden Room too.

Want to host an event or regular sessions at the Natural Wellness Centre? Our studio hire includes use of all our equipment; yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, chairs, and tables.

Therapy & Treatment Rooms

We have 2 exquisite treatment rooms and a counselling/consultation room for hire. Our rooms are furnished, serene and inviting - perfect for clients, self employed therapists, massage and holistic practitioners.

Our rooms are 3.4m x 2.4m.

2 Full Days in 1 Week - £80
